Impact Wrestling has announced several matches for next Friday night’s Impact: Cali Combat event, which will stream live on the Pursuit Channel and Twitch on August 23 at 10 p.m. ET.
“Unbreakable” Michael Elgin will be in action in the show’s main event, taking on Rhino. Tensions have been brewing between the two since Slammiversary, when a masked Rhino – or at least, someone who looked a lot like him, as he was technically still under WWE contract at the time – appeared in the ring and dropped Big Mike with a Gore, just moments after he had suffered a loss to world champion Brian Cage.
We’ll also see Sami Callihan go to battle against the hardcore legend Tommy Dreamer in a No Disqualification match, Jake Crist defending his X-Division Championship against former champion Rich Swann, and The North putting their Impact World Tag Team Championships on the line against the returning Reno Scum.
THIS FRIDAY at 10p.m. ET on @PursuitChannel & @Twitch: @Rhyno313 vs @MichaelElgin25 @TheSamiCallihan vs @THETOMMYDREAMER– No DQ@TheJakeCrist vs @GottaGetSwann – X-Division Title#TheNorth vs #RenoScum – Tag Team Titles
