The UK is currently being hit by a huge winter snow storm that is causing havoc all across the United Kingdom, but despite the cold, 5 Star Wrestling has announced its show will go ahead as planned tonight.
The storm, named ‘Beast From The East’ has had devastating effects already, causing huge delays, closures to schools and airports as well as many electricity and heating problems to houses and buildings.
Despite this, 5 Star Wrestling will be putting its weekly show ahead as normal. This week’s episode takes place from Belfast, Ireland, which could prove to be tricky as even the English wrestlers will have to fly in, let alone the foreign talent.
The papers say it’s the worst snow storm in 50 years, they’ve cancelled the rugby, the football, the planes, the trains, the ferries and closed the roads but we are gonna run a wrestling show tonight in Belfast and there’s some huge surprises in store!

Speaking of flight problems and wrestlers potentially missing the show, El Ligero has already announced that he will not be able to work tonight’s 5 Star Wrestling show due to the weather.

The airport he was scheduled to fly to Belfast from has already closed, meaning he won’t be able to make the event, something that is very rare for Ligero who is known for his incredible work rate.
Apologies to those attending tonight’s show in Belfast, but due to the severe weather conditions I won’t be appearing for @5StarWrestling. It’s no secret how much I hate missing bookings, but the airport I was scheduled to fly from is closed due to how bad the snow is 😕
