As previously reported, before UFC 214 PPV Jon Jones underwent drug testing and the results of this drug test was just recently released. This drug testing revealed that Jon Jones tested positive for a banned substance.
Due to Jon Jones testing posting on the drug test, the chances of Brock Lesnar leaving WWE for UFC have lessened significantly. If Jones will be suspended for two years, Lesnar will be 42 by that time making the fight between Jones and Lesnar way less likely. Also, if Jones is suspended, there will be no fights in the UFC for Lesnar that would be anywhere close to as a marketable fight and that would give him a huge payout.
All in all, there is a much better chance now that Brock will stay with WWE. If this does happens, it is unknown whether it would be under a new contract or he would simply renew his current contract, which of course is set to expire the day after WrestleMania 34.
