— Former WWE star Shane Helms posted a message on his Twitter page to update his followers on his severely injured foot.
“After almost losing my foot (and life) in May, I’m officially off the crutches. Still limping like a fool but it’s progress.”
Helms and his girlfriend were badly injured after Helms crashed his motorcycle back on May 5th. He’s had multiple surgeries since then and still has a very long road to recovery.
