We have a new champion, ladies and gentlemen!

With just four weeks to go before WrestleMania invades New York and New Jersey, the All-Mighty Bobby Lashley scored a major victory this Monday night on WWE RAW, becoming a two-time Intercontinental Champion in the process.

After receiving more than a little help from his 205 Live sidekick Lio Rush, who stole the ring bell and distracted everyone in attendance, including now-former champion Finn Balor, allowing Lashley to connect with a massive spear and pick up the three-count.

This marks Lashley’s fifth overall title reign in WWE, as he is also a two-time ECW Champion and a former WWE United States Champion. It also effectively ends Balor’s championship reign at just 22 days, adding to a revolving door of title holders that dates back several years.
