Rey Fenix is ALL IN! The Lucha Underground star confirmed via Twitter this Thursday night that he will join the likes of Cody Rhodes, Kenny Omega, the Young Bucks, Marty Scurll and more for Being The Elite’s self-funded super show on September 1st.

Fenix got his first break wrestling for AAA in Mexico for a number of years, but most fans in the U.S. likely became familiar with his work through Lucha Underground. He is one of the few season one originals that remained with the promotion through the recent season four tapings, making him not only the first Triple Crown Champion in Lucha Underground history but one of its longest-running stars. He’s also become one of the most requested names on the independent scene, winning gold in promotions like PWG, AAW, The Crash, and Sami Callihan’s Pro Wrestling Revolver.

While this hasn’t been announced and should, for the time being, be taken as pure speculation, the signing of Rey Fenix for ALL IN generally indicates that his real-life brother Pentagon Jr. isn’t far behind. More often than not the two are brought into promotions together because they can work as singles acts or as one of the best tag teams on the planet, and can be placed believable anywhere on the card.

ALL IN is set to take place on September 1st from the Sears Centre Arena just outside of Chicago, IL.
