Contemporary womenswear brand Finery, co-founded by former Asos and
Topshop executives Caren Downie, Emma Farrow, and Rachel Morgans Brooks,
has launched its first collection of swim and beachwear.
The holiday collection consists of a statement one piece swimsuit, mixed
and matched bikini tops and bottoms, shorts and a cover-up dress. Prices
range from 15 pounds for bikini bottoms to 55 pounds for the printed one
piece swimsuit, and 75 pounds for the dress.
Finery head of design, Emma Farrow said: “Our first holiday collection
reflects the collaborative process of developing it. Each of us at Finery
brought our all-time favourite swimwear into the studio and expresses why
these particular pieces work so well for us. We then incorporated those
details into our own range; interchangeable styling, upbeat colours.”
Finery, which celebrated its one-year anniversary earlier this year aims
to offer a designer brand aesthetic at high street prices. It’s currently
available via its own e-commerce platform, as well as in Selfridges, and in
John Lewis. In February, chief executive Nickyl Ranaitha announced that it
had achieved sales of 5 million in its first year of trading.
