MCHENRY COUNTY, IL — Discount retailer Sierra will be opening its first location in McHenry County this fall.
Sierra, a discount retailer that sells outdoor gear and sporting clothes, is planning its grand opening for Oct. 5, according to city officials. The location, which will open at 5794 Northwest Highway in Crystal Lake, will be the first in McHenry County.
Currently, the closest Sierra stores are located in Kildeer and Schaumburg.
