London – US designer Michael Kors contains to share his passion for all digital and technical through his latest collaboration with Fujifilm North America Corporation, namely the Instax mini 70 by Michael Kors.
Together the two companies have created a limited edition of Fujifilm Instax Mini 70 instant film camera. Aimed at capturing the “creativity of the fashion and photography worlds”, the new limited edition camera is available in an exclusive gold metallic colour, featuring the Michael Kors brand logo and the designer’s signature as a stamp of approval.
“Fashion and photography are about giving a voice to individuals as they express themselves, and this exclusive Instax mini 70 by Michael Kors is the pinnacle of style and substance,” said Mark Yamamoto, President and CEO, Fujifilm North America Corporation, and President, Fujifilm Holdings America Corporation.
“We are seeing an explosion of excitement in instant photography today, and now consumers can make a stylish statement with the combination of Instax and the luxury of the Michael Kors brand,” added Yamamoto. The Instax Mini 70 features a special selfie mode which adjusts the settings to capture the perfect selfie.
In addition to launching the Instax x Kors camera, Michael Kors has also created a unique handbag, the Scout, which is based on a vintage camera bag silhouette, to carry the camera on. The new handbag features interchangeable straps, an Instax photo scrapbook for all the photos, a leather Instax keychain and a gold-chain strap for the instax.
The Michael Kors x Fujifilm Instax Mini 70 camera will be sold as a bundle, with ready to use film, for a limited time in selected Michael Kors store from late October through to Holiday season. Prices for the camera and handbag have yet to be confirmed.
