Erling Haaland dodged questions when asked about transfer links to teams, including Manchester United.
The Red Devils are among the favourites to sign the Red Bull Salzburg wonderkid following his exceptional start to the season.
The 19-year-old scored his fifth hat-trick of the season last weekend and has now scored 35 goals in 21 appearances.
The striker was quizzed at a press conference ahead of Norway’s clash with the Faroe Islands about links to United, as well as Juventus and Real Madrid.
“You know my answer. No comment,” Haaland said.
He was then asked if he wanted to play with Cristiano Ronaldo at Juventus and said: “No comment”.
Haaland also did not answer a question about whether he had spoken to United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Haaland’s father, former Leeds and Manchester City player Alf-Inge, told talkSPORT last week his son would one day like to play in the Premier League.
“When that will happen, I don’t know. It is a very tough league,” he said. “Up to now he is ahead of the stage we thought he would be at.
“He is built for the Premier League, but whether that will happen now or at a later stage, we don’t know.
“He is at Red Bull, a fantastic club playing Champions League so in a way he is in no hurry.
“Red Bull have shown from the past that they are a ‘middle step’ club, and if they are going to recruit players in the future they can’t put a stupid price tag on the players because nobody would want to go there.”
Manchester United were reportedly leading the race to sign Haaland as they were keen to bolster their attack after both Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez joined Inter.
Solskjaer has also previously managed the young striker while he was at Norwegian club Molde.

The Athletic also report that Solskjaer has sent his most trusted scout, Simon Wells, to specifically monitor the 19-year-old.
He reportedly watched him in action in Red Bull Salzburg’s last Champions League game.
Haaland is likely to be in action on Friday against the Faroe Islands in their Euro 2020 qualifier.
