Just days after making light of a previous dispute with police, WWE wrestler Jimmy Uso (real name Jonathan Fatu) was arrested for DUI for an unlawful blood alcohol level early Thursday morning by Pensacola, FL, police.
TMZ first reported the arrest.
The website reported that an officer pulled Fatu over after he was driving erratically and swerving left and right. After the officer smelled alcohol, the 33-year-old Fatu refused DUI tests and was then arrested and also charged with a speeding citation. He was booked at 3:04 AM Eastern.
Uso was arrested in February for disorderly conduct and obstruction after he and his wife Naomi (real name Trinity Fatu) were pulled over in Detroit, MI, after allegedly driving the wrong way down a one-way street. The arresting officer said the car smelled of alcohol. Uso was said to have confronted the police and squared off as if he was going to fight before cooler heads prevailed. He later pleaded no contest and resolved the issue in paying a fine.
WWE released a brief statement to F4WOnline: “Jonathan Fatu is responsible for his own personal actions.”

On this past Monday’s Raw, John Cena did a segment with the Usos where he joked about Uso’s mug shot, causing both Uso brothers to laugh. WWE was in Florida for both Raw and SmackDown this week.
