After half a year, this is the second time that CCTV has paid attention to ZYS after CCTV reported on March 14 this year that ZYS developed the world's first set of 25MW-class wind turbine main shaft bearings and gearbox bearings!

Seizing the opportunity of the wind power industry, ZYS has increased its scientific research efforts and has successively developed the first domestic offshore 7MW and 18MW wind turbine main shaft bearings, the world's first 25MW-class wind turbine main shaft bearings and gearbox bearings. At the same time, it has increased its investment in digital manufacturing. In June this year, the newly built digital production line for wind turbine gearbox planetary gear bearings was successfully put into operation, setting a new benchmark for the digital production of domestic wind turbine gearbox bearings. At present, the annual production capacity of wind turbine main shaft bearings can reach 3,000 units and gearbox bearings can reach 2,500 units.

Thanks to its leading technology and product quality advantages, the company's new energy bearing orders have continued to rise, an increase of nearly 50% over the same period last year. At present, the orders are concentrated on 8~11MW wind turbine main shaft bearings and gearbox bearings, achieving mass import substitution of 8MW wind turbine main shaft bearings and gearbox bearings.
