Austin Aries has been a featured performer on Impact Wrestling for a while now, and he also had been the promotion’s world champion for a number of months until he finally lost the title to Johnny Impact at Bound for Glory this past weekend. Reportedly, that match may have marked the end of Aries’ latest run with the promotion. On the latest podcast hosted by Impact Wrestling producer Petey Williams, Austin’s Bound for Glory match was his last contracted appearance with Impact Wrestling. This news comes just days after reports of Aries no-selling the finish to his match against Impact surfaced. While Aries could always re-sign with Impact in the near future, it looks like he is currently a free agent.
It has been quite some time since fans have seen Fandango on WWE programming. Fandango had been moved to Raw with Tyler Breeze earlier this year, but after going down with an injury, Breeze has been forced tor return to singles competition on Raw and on some NXT live events. In a recent update provided by Fandango on social media, it was revealed that his recovery is moving along nicely, and he has also resumed training in the gym. When Fandango initially injured his shoulder, it was believed that he would be gone until at least the end of the year. Hopefully, this is a sign that The Fashion Police are on their way back and could launch another Fashion Files investigation within the next few weeks.

Ring of Honor already arguably has one of the most unique and talented wrestling rosters on the entire planet today. However, the promotion’s newest star should definitely get fans talking. ROH has begun to hype up the debut of PJ Black. Wrestling fans may recognize Black for his run on Lucha Underground, or for the years that he spent in WWE as Justin Gabriel. Black will be competing on ROH’s Survival of the Fittest show on November 4th, but no details on his opponent for the show have been posted as of yet. Black will be considered to have a match for the ROH World Championship if he does win his debut ROH match. The former WWE Tag Team Champion joins Ring of Honor in just a few more weeks.
