The Swiss Cyborg, Cesaro has arrived in Cardiff for NXT UK Takeover: Cardiff and he has offered up an open challenge to the UK roster.

Cesaro made it clear earlier this week that he was heading to Takeover, however, he has now made it crystal clear that he is there for a fight, issuing an official match to someone on the roster.

“I didn’t bring my gear for nothing,” Cesaro said. “What I meant by that was I’m issuing an open challenge to anybody in the NXT UK locker room to step up and step in the ring with Cesaro.”
