Maurizio Sarri will be named Juventus boss next week, according to reports.
The Chelsea manager secured a third-placed Premier League finish and won the Europa League in his debut season in England.
But his reign at Stamford Bridge has been marred with controversy with fans criticising his possession-based style of football.
Sarri also had an infamous bust-up with Kepa Arrizabalaga after the goalkeeper refused to be substituted in Chelsea’s Carabao Cup final defeat to Manchester City in February.

The Guardian report the Italian will sign a three-year deal with Juventus, who sacked Massimiliano Allegri.
The Serie A giants have won eight successive league titles, but have failed to win a Champions League trophy during that time.
It is believed Juve will not have to pay a compensation fee for Sarri.
Derby boss and Chelsea legend Frank Lampard has been tipped to replace the 60-year-old in west London.
Speaking after the Blues’ Europa League final win over Arsenal last month, Sarri said: “I need to talk to the club and make sure I know what I can do for Chelsea and what Chelsea can do for me.
“I love the Premier League and I’m lucky I’m at Chelsea but at the end of each season you have to sit down and talk.
“In my opinion, I deserve to stay at Chelsea but my opinion is not enough.”
