Designer labels including Burberry, Jimmy Choo and Dior have created
limited-edition bespoke items to mark British Vogue’s 100-year anniversary,
which will be available from March 15.
Heritage brand Burberry has designed 100 Sandringham Heritage trench
coats made with gabardine lace. Priced at 1,495 pounds, each will be sold
at the label’s Regent Street, Bond Street and Knightsbridge stores, as well
as at Harrods.
In addition, luxury footwear brand Jimmy Choo has named one of its
sandals Hanover, after the square which is home to Vogue’s London office,
and each of the 100 pairs will have a silver plaque emblazoned on the sole.
The shoe will retail for 895 pounds from the label’s stores on Bond Street
and Sloane Street plus at Harrods.
While Dior has designed a one-of-a-kind red, white, blue and black
leather Diorama bag, of which there are only 30. These bags will be priced
at 2,600 pounds and will be available from Harrods and the brand’s Sloane
Street and Mount Street stores in London.
The other collaborations includes 50 sterling silver bracelets with
diamond set charms from Mappin and Webb and Moët and Chandon have
embellished its Impérial Champagne with 106 Swarovski crystals spelling
‘Vogue 100’.
