MENLO PARK, CA — A major Facebook outage is reported in the northeastern US, including New York, Boston and Washington DC.
Down Detector reports that the outage includes Instagram and WhatsApp.
The outage is also widespread in Europe, and in parts of Asia, Africa and South America.
Naturally, people took to Twitter in response to the outage.
