Ahead of this month’s NXT UK TV tapings, which will be the first for the new brand featuring a mix of established and new WWE UK talents, The Wrestling Observer Newsletter has released new details regarding the deals being offered to the talents in the UK division.

Each deal is reportedly worth $31,600, and WWE retains the right to opt out of the deals at the four and eight-month marks. The belief is that WWE included the opt-out clauses in the event that the new ITV World of Sport project fails, as the WWE NXT UK show is a direct answer to the ITV project.

The new deals will see talents appear exclusively on WWE TV, and will prevent talents from appearing for any other televised promotion, namely ITV and World of Sport.

Oney Lorcan Injury Update

NXT announced during this week’s new episode that injured star Oney Lorcan will be out of action for roughly three months after suffering a broken orbital bone.
