Kevin Hart on Censorship of Comedy: 'There's a Push to Destroy'

A-list Hollywood Actor and comedian Kevin Hart told Joe Rogan on Saturday that efforts to censor comedy along “politically correct” lines amount to a “push to destroy,” offering his remarks on the latter’s eponymous podcast.

After discussing left-wing agitation regarding jokes he had made about homosexuality leading to his withdrawal from hosting the 91st Academy Awards, Hart examined the motivations of those seeking to censor comedians.

Earlier in the interview, Hart described himself, saying, “I’m the comedian that chooses to be sensitive to the times. I made the choice to say, ‘I understand. I get why you shouldn’t say certain things, why you should avoid this, that, or this.’ I understand, and I am.”
