The 16-year-old plays for Mallorca’s youth team but has previously been at Barcelona’s famed La Masia system.
The attacking midfielder is believed to have caught the eye of a number of clubs around Europe.
Spanish newspaper AS, via Sport Witness, say both Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side and Ajax have ‘made an offer’ for the player.

As he has not signed a professional contract with Mallorca it is likely this offer will have been made to the player’s representatives.
AS also say Quetglas is ‘very excited’ about the future.
Chelsea have previously been linked to the teenager and their interest is said to be ‘pending’.
A number of former Barcelona youth players are currently plying their trade in the Premier League including Oriol Romeu, Hector Bellerin and Gerard Deulofeu.
Manchester United have had two La Masia graduates in recent years in Gerard Pique and Victor Valdes.
