An unnamed Chinese club have submitted a bid for West Ham forward Marko Arnautovic, talkSPORT understands.
The Far East outfit offered £19.7million for the Austria forward, six months after he almost sealed a move to the Chinese Super League.

Arnautovic, 30, was wanted by Chinese teams in January, but ended up signing a new contract after West Ham rejected a £35million bid from a CSL side.
He put pen to paper on a fresh four-year deal worth £100,000-a week, but now wishes to leave just six months later.
Shanghai SIPG and Guangzhou Evergrande are believed to be the clubs that approached West Ham over a deal for Arnautovic earlier this year, though the currently interested party remain unnamed.
In January, Arnautovic’s agent and brother, Danijel, released a statement to talkSPORT which confirmed the Austria forward’s desire to leave the east London club.
“West Ham bought Marko for peanuts,” the statement read. “They paid £20million for him, which is nothing in the current market.
“They bought him to keep them in the Premier League last season and he did that. He took every award at the club; best player, signing of the season and the players’ award.
“Now West Ham have a fantastic offer. It is close to double what they paid for him.
“He wants to go to a new market and challenge for titles. This is what he wants.
“It is his great desire that West Ham accept the offer from China.”
Arnautovic joined the Hammers from Stoke in July 2017, and he’s enjoyed a relatively prolific time at the London Stadium, scoring 11 Premier League goals in his debut season and adding 10 the following campaign.
However, his best spell last season came before his January transfer saga, with the former Inter attacker netting just thrice in the four months after he signed his new contract.
West Ham are hoping to add a new centre forward to their ranks this summer, with Maxi Gomez, the Celta Vigo striker, one target.
Manuel Pellegrini has already sold Lucas Perez to Alaves and released Andy Carroll at the end of his contract, while Javier Hernandez is also expected to leave the London Stadium before the start of the new season.
And now it appears Arnautovic could possibly follow the aforementioned attacking trio out the door.
