London – The Max Mara Group is expanding its label offering with the
addition of two new, contemporary womenswear brands. The Italian fashion
group is set to launch Aiim and Tresophie, early next year in time for
spring 2017, in a series of selected multi brand stores across the UK,
France, Spain and Russia, and later in the US for autumn 2017, reports WWD.
Each brand will also receive its own dedicated online store by the end of
2017.
The first of the two brands, Aiim, is set to offer current knitwear,
including sweater, cardigans, dress and skirts. The first collection from
the brand includes 50 pieces, which have been inspired by works from art
nouveau artist Alphonse Mucha. The second brand. Tresophie, will offer
formalwear, including dresses and separates for a number of occasions. The
spring collection includes three distinct styles, including romantic,
glamorous and traditional evening wear. Prices for Aiim average 160 euro
per item, and 280 euro for Tresophie.
With the addition of the two new labels, the Max Mara Group will offer a
total of 11 brands, including its namesake brand Max Mara, Marina Rinaldi
and Marella. The group, which was founded in 1951 currently counts 7 stand
alone stores in the UK in London, Belfast and Richmond.
