YOSHI-HASHI def. BAD LUCK FALE

This was exactly what you’d expect it to be. Tanga Loa was ringside getting involved at every turn. Yoshi-Hashi got his ass kicked and mounted comebacks, over and over, but kept getting squashed. He actually got some decent momentum going at one point, hitting a Headhunter, taking the big man down in the corner and hitting another Headhunter off the top rope. In the end Tama Tonga came out and GoD rushed the ring, putting the boots to Yoshi-Hashi until the referee called for the DQ. Tama went out into the crowd and put his hands on a fan, screaming in his face and threatening him with a chair, until young boys came and forced him to leave.
HANGMAN PAGE def. MINORU SUZUKI
Awesome match. Suzuki dominated a lot of the action, putting on an absolute clinic. You know, if a clinic was a place you went to learn how to torture another human being with as many brutal submissions as possible. Hangman was defiant and showed a ton of heart, even spitting in Minoru’s face at one point. Boy, did he pay for that. He pulled an Ibushi earlier on, doing an impressive moonsault off the entrance ramp all the way to the floor, taking him and a few other Suzuki-Gun guys out. In the end they traded about a milion shots back and forth looking for big moves. Suzuki caught him in a sleeper hold, went for the Gotch Piledriver, but Hangman reversed into the Right of Passage for the win. Huge upset, and you could feel it in the Osaka fans. Big win for the Bullet Club up-and-comer.
JAY WHITE def. TOGI MAKABE
This just kept getting better the longer it went on. They did a ton of brawling on the outside so the announcers could get their shots in, scolding him for knocking out their monitors and putting them at needless risk of injury. White spend a lot of time mocking Makabe early on, toying with him, patting him on the head – eventually he got turned inside out by enough lariats and elbow shots that he learned this was a terrible idea. Makabe took a Complete Shot into a deadlift German suplex and popped right back up, delivering another lariat. He hit the Spider Suplex off the second rope to set up for the King Kong Knee Drop like we’ve seen so many times before, but the Switchblade pulled the referee in front of himself to stop it from happening. They brought chairs into the ring and the referee stopped Makabe from using one, but ended up getting bumped in the scuffle. White threw a chair into his face, hit the Blade Runner and picked up another victory.
HIROSHI TANAHASHI def. MICHAEL ELGIN
KAZUCHIKA OKADA def. EVIL
