Ronda Rousey has already made a huge splash in WWE without even wrestling a match for the company yet. WWE is reportedly working hard to make sure that Rousey is treated as a huge star in the promotion now that she has officially signed with them. Slice Wrestling has now reported that none other than Paul Heyman will help her make the transition from MMA fighter to WWE Superstar. The company is apparently also considering making him the advocate of Ronda Rousey, much like the role that he currently portrays for Brock Lesnar. Ronda Rousey is expected to return to WWE television at some point after Raw’s Elimination Chamber pay-per-view later on this month.

Aside from Ronda Rousey, there may have been no bigger surprise at the Royal Rumble than the return of Rey Mysterio. Mysterio got himself into tremendous shape for the show and he also received a great ovation from the crowd in Philadelphia that night. Although Mysterio’s appearance was only a one-off, the door for a full time return is said to be open for him. Mysterio himself has gotten in on the fun by teasing a potential match against himself and current WWE Champion AJ Styles. He posted a photo of himself and Styles during the Royal Rumble event with the caption “One Day!” If Rey Mysterio does come back to WWE, this fantasy match could very well become a reality.

Raw’s upcoming Elimination Chamber pay-per-view will have men and women competing in the titular structure this year. Several different participants have already qualified for the match on Raw, including John Cena, Elias, and Braun Strowman. WWE.com has now announced that another qualifying match will be taking place on Raw this Monday night. Fans can look forward to seeing Bray Wyatt face Roman Reigns for the chance to earn a spot in the match. The winner of the men’s Elimination Chamber match will then go on to face Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship at WrestleMania. As of now, no other qualifying matches are scheduled to take place on this Monday’s edition of Raw.
