UEFA have upheld Neymar’s three-game Champions League ban which means he misses half of the 2019/20 group stage.
The Paris Saint-Germain star was charged with insulting match officials following the club’s shock round of 16 exit to Manchester United in March.
Brazil star Neymar ruled out of tournament with ankle injury
Marcus Rashford’s injury-time penalty saw Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men overturn a 2-0 first leg deficit to progress to the quarter-finals with a 3-1 win at the Parc des Princes.
The spot-kick was awarded by the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) after Diogo Dalot’s hopeful shot struck the arm of Presnel Kimpembe.
Neymar, who was watching from the sidelines due to a foot injury, took to Instagram to vent his anger at the officials in an explicit post.
He wrote: “This is a disgrace. They put four people that know nothing about football in charge of looking at the replay for VAR.
“There is no penalty. How can it be a handball when it hits his back! Go f*** yourselves!”

The punishment means Neymar will miss PSG’s first three group stage games next season.
The 27-year-old is also serving a three-game domestic ban for hitting a fan at the end of PSG’s Coupe de France final defeat to Rennes last month.
Reports have claimed the French giants are willing to accept a ‘large offer’ for Neymar, who has been linked with a return to Barcelona.
And PSG owner Nasser Al-Khelaifi recently warned his players to fully focus on their football to avoid being sold.
He said: “Players will have to assume their responsibilities even more than before.
“It must be completely different. They will have to do more, work more.
“They are not there to please themselves. And if they do not agree, the doors are open. Ciao!
“I do not want to have any celebrity behaviour anymore.”
