The glow is back on Friday Night Smackdown!

After five months away from the ring, Naomi returned to the blue brand this week and immediately staked her claim on the Smackdown Women’s Championship.

Naomi was drafted to Monday Night Raw in 2019 as a part of the last Superstar Shake-Up, and competed in the annual Money in the Bank ladder match. Shortly after she disappeared from television and did not resurface until this past weekend during the 30-Woman Royal Rumble match.

It looks like Naomi will be next in line for the title, as her first order of business was to march to the ring – complete with an INSANE new entrance, by the way – and remind the current reigning champion that she hasn’t quite beaten everyone just yet.
