Crystal Palace are braced for further bids for Wilfried Zaha as Napoli have entered the race for the Ivory Coast forward.
According to Sky Sports News, the Serie A club are willing to pay £54.6million to sign Zaha, who wants to leave Selhurst Park this summer.
He has already been the subject of bids from both Arsenal and Everton, though neither of Palace’s Premier League rivals managed to meet the forward’s asking price.
The Gunners have moved on to an alternate target since missing out on Zaha, with Nicolas Pepe expected to complete his move to the Emirates by the end of the week.
Everton similarly ruled out returning for the 26-year-old after seeing a £55million offer rejected, confirming in a statement their interest in Zaha has ended.
Napoli now appear to be the only side in for Zaha, who Crystal Palace do not want to sell, and do not need to sell as he has four years remaining on his contract in south London.
Wilfried Zaha always wanted to join Arsenal and has supported the club from a young age
The Serie A club, managed by Carlo Ancelotti, have already brought in five new players this summer, with Giovanni Di Lorenzo, Kostas Manolas, David Ospina, Filippo Costa and Elif Elmas arriving at the San Paolo on permanent deals.
