Yesterday we could see for the first time the official logo of this great tournament which is about to take place in Poland. Also all of 6 host cities revealed the special graphics to represent them.
Katowice, Lodz, Wroclaw, Gdansk, Bydgoszcz and Krakow – these cities will experience a great Polish enthusiasm, energy and love for volleyball during World Championship 2014.
Miroslaw Przedpelski, president of Polish Volleyball Federation said: “Almost all of those places have organised a major volleyball event in the past, only Krakow is a debutant”. He also added: “I’m sure it all will work perfectly, they call us “volleyland” for a reason!”.
It is also a great chance to promote Polish cities with their simbols, culture and the specific rythm that let Poles love volleyball so much. We could see logothypes of each of them.
Let’s remember that Poland is also organising another big event this year – Men’s European Championship will be shared with Denmark at the end of September 2013.
