SHINSUKE NAKAMURA (c) vs RUSEV
We kick off today’s WWE Crown Jewel with a late addition to the card, with Shinsuke Nakamura defending his United States Championship against Rusev. The challenger takes control early on, using his strength to dominate the champion and gets an early two count after an impressive suplex.

Shinsuke Nakamura quickly turns it back around with a big knee and then hits his own suplex to Rusev which he follows up with a massive running kick to the face and he keeps him down with several kicks and knee strikes but Rusev eventually uses his power to send Nakamura across the ring.
Rusev then looks to finish things with a Machka Kick but Nakamura avoids it and both men then trade shots back and forth with Rusev eventually getting a kick to the head. Rusev continues his domination, hoping to make it Rusev Day in Saudi Arabia, but once again Nakamura scrambles away to avoid The Accolade.
Rusev eventually locks in the submission after reversing a Kinshasa but Nakamura manages to grab the ropes and hits a low blow headbutt which opens up the chance for him to nail Rusev with a Kinshasa and retain his United States Title.
Winner: Shinsuke Nakamura
