And in an attempt to freshen things up, Arsenal interim boss Freddie Ljungberg brought on Emile Smith Rowe at the expense of Ozil in the 59th minute.

The German playmaker was booed by his own fans for walking off too slowly, before kicking his gloves in frustration at his withdrawal.
Ozil was consoled by interim assistant Per Mertesacker and appeared to ignore Ljungberg as he took a place on the bench.
It is not the first time an Arsenal player has thrown a strop after being substituted.
