As Le Parisien report, Kheira Hamraoui returned to the pitch for the first time since last April as a substitute in Paris Saint-Germain’s Champions League group fixture against Real Madrid (0-0). It is the first time she has played for the Parisian side since her attack suffered last November – bar one appearance in April as PSG beat Issy 6-1 in the French league.

The French international, whose contract expires in June, still has hopes of playing regularly for PSG. But Gérard Prêcheur’s staff, who arrived this summer, did not want to keep Hamraoui. And the club has been trying to get rid of her all summer. But the player refused all offers and insisted on completing her contract.
Hamraoui finally joined the PSG squad in September since her suspension in April. The 32-year-old midfielder was attacked by a group of men, allegedly hired by her former teammate Aminata Diallo for €500 in November 2021.
Although Hamraoui was reinstated in the first team time last month, she had not been called up for a competitive fixture until Wednesday.
