NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Nicolas Soukaras, 42, of Kinsley Street in Nashua on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of placing others in danger by driving more than 100 mph in a Lincoln on Derry Street while other vehicles were present on Jan. 15 in Hudson.
Holly Strobel, 34, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Feb. 2 in Nashua.
Jonathan Sturtevant, 33, of Ash Street in Nashua on five felony stalking charges. He was accused of calling as well as texting, video calling, and audio calling on Facebook on Feb. 3, Feb. 4, and Feb. 12 in Nashua. The charges were felonies due to Sturtevant previously being convicted on stalking in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in January.
Roy Taft, 55, of Merrimack Street in Nashua on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and crack cocaine, charges on Nov. 10, 2022, in Nashua.
Richard Theriault, 53, of Chestnut Street in Nashua on second-degree assault and two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling, sexually assaulting, and kidnapping another person on Aug. 6, 2021, in Nashua. Read more about this case here: Nashua Man Arrested On Rape, Strangulation Charges
Anthony Tidwell, 27, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Sept. 8, 2022, in Nashua.
Muriel Wade, 35, of Lakeview Avenue in Dracut, Massachusetts, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Aug. 31, 2022, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a common nuisance charge in Hillsboro District Court in December 2016.
Bethany Whitcomb, 46, of Auburn Street in Nashua on felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-heroin charge on Feb. 15 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Belknap County Superior Court in August 2012.
Hannah Winslow, 21, on Pine Street in Nashua on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. She was accused of concealing a BB gun by throwing it out of a window on Jan. 30 in Nashua to impair an investigation.
