ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA — A new Tex-Mex restaurant is slated to open in the Block Northway next week. Fajita Pete’s will open in a 1,733 square-foot space on Feb. 12.
Fajita Pete’s, a Texas-based restaurant concept known best for its fajitas, has earned acclaim for its mouthwatering fajitas and authentic Tex-Mex cuisine. Expanding beyond Texas, Fajita Pete’s is now set to captivate the taste buds of Pittsburgh residents at The Block Northway.

Fajita Pete’s offerings feature made-to-order flame-grilled beef, chicken, shrimp, and veggies in a tangy, citrusy mixture, fresh tortillas and fresh flautas, and made from scratch sides including rice, beans, salsa, guacamole, and queso.
Fajita Pete’s at The Block Northway will be open seven days a week, Monday-Saturday from 11 a.-8 p.m. and Sunday from 12 p.m.-8:30 p.m. It will offer dine-in, takeout and catering services.
