As noted, with RAW and SmackDown Live now serving as individual brands with their own exclusive talent rosters, WWE will be bringing back “enhancement talent,” which will lead to the regular occurrence of “squash matches” on television.
One such competitor who participated in a squash match with an enhancement talent on Monday night’s episode of RAW, the first since the WWE Draft / brand extension, is former NXT Women’s Superstar Nia Jax.
Featured above are video highlights of Jax’s RAW debut match, which saw her easily defeat independent wrestler Britt Baker, whom WWE simply referred to as a “local competitor.” Baker has worked on multiple occasions in the past for the AIW independent wrestling promotion.
