ROH is a complete and utter disaster right now. No one looking with an ounce of common sense could see the current product, booking, financials (PPV buys and attendance), and current TV presentation otherwise.
If you want to defend ROH in this moment, then you are also part of the problem. I personally would rather watch (in no particular order):
AEW
NJPW
GCW
Stardom
Shimmer
AJPW
NOAH
NWA
WWE
NXT
Impact
Rockstar Pro (local promotion in Dayton, Ohio)
Before I watch even one second of ROH’s product. This is a huge issue. Pro Wrestling is undergoing a literal renaissance at the moment. ROH is quickly and decisively becoming totally irrelevant. Smart people in the business are running not walking away from this brand. I fear at this point even a total rebuild may not save ROH. We may be in the final days of relevance for a once beloved source of wrestling.
